• Wales away caps: 26 with the men’s, 3 with the women’s 1 with the U21s 

• Favourite Wales away trip: This is like choosing between children! Probably Bosnia, to be standing on that terrace when we found out we had qualified for our first major tournament in 57 years was pretty special. Special mentions for the trips to Brussels (always a great one), Aarhus, Belgrade, Tbilisi and Baku.

• Favourite Wales away memory: “Bryn Law, Bryn Law what’s the score!” just edges the half time rave in Brussels!

• Favourite all time player: Again, how do people narrow this down to one?! Speedo…and Aaron Ramsey…and Sophie Ingle.

• One essential Wales away item: The lucky prosecco at the airport – it’s not a Wales away trip without one!

• Favourite band: Super Furries and the Manics

• Band we should be listening to: Adwaith, Melyn is a superb album. Also, not a band, but Nadine Shah, who is absolutely fucking superb. If you haven’t come across her, head straight to albums Holiday Destination and Kitchen Sink.

• One surprising fact about you: I played squash for Wales as a teenager.
