  • First Wales away: Switzerland in Zurich, 1999. We lost two nil but it was a top night in the Admiral bar in the old town and that was it - I had caught the Wales Away bug.

  • Wales away caps: 70

  • Favourite Wales away trip: Armenia was a lovely, sleepy place with some top day trips. They have their own Pope and say they invented writing. They have some superb brandy too!

  • Favourite Wales away memory: The post match party at the Lancaster Gate in Baku in 2002 or the pre-match drinks in Nanning 2018 - we sat on tiny stools on the pavement drinking Great Wall red wine. Weird and wonderful.

  • Favourite all time player: Rambo. But I would have loved to have seen John Charles play in his prime.

  • One essential Wales away item: Eye mask to get some sleep during the day.

  • Favourite band: Geraint Jarman a'r Cynganeddwyr

  • Band we should be listening to: Carwyn Ellis/Colorama

  • One surprising fact about you: I'm the most capped player for the Wales Supporters Team. But as the manager says, 'It's just because you are so old and keep turning up.'
