Rod Temperton. I’m a huge fan of disco and love his songs, there’s nothing better than dropping his tracks during a DJ set

Step On - Happy Mondays. I was at a gig a few years back and Bez pulled me on stage to dance with them, best moment ever!

Go to album when you’re down:
Blur - 13. I always dramatically belt out Tender at the top of my lungs

A song that gets you worked up:
Zombie Nation - Kernkraft 400. It reminds me of the incredible rush of being at a Wales game and it is such a banger!

A lyric that resonates with you:
"Living is easy with eyes closed, Misunderstanding all you see" From 'Strawberry Fields Forever' by The Beatles. It’s a beautiful quote from Lennon. Although I've heard many rumours of it meaning other things, I've always interpreted this as not seeing the truth makes life easy because you don't have to think about it and deal with it, you can just pretend everything is fine.
