A song that reminds you of a particular memory:
Milk from Aha Shake Heartbreak reminds me of being in a car with my mates after travelling all the way to Llandudno (45 miles from Ffestiniog, home at the time) to buy the album - we listened to the album twice in complete silence, remember thinking I’d never heard anything like Milk before.
Go to album when you’re down:
Brandi Carlile - The Firewatcher’s Daughter
Go to record to get you worked up:
Vampire Weekend - Contra
A lyric that resonates with you:
Bob Dylan - Talkin’ World War 3 Blues. "’Half of the people can be part right all of the time and some of the people can be all right part of the time but all of the people can’t be all right all of the time’, I think Abraham Lincoln said that. ‘I’ll let you be in my dream if I can be in yours’. I said that”
